Kualifikasi

1. 01Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related fields
2. 02Minimum 5·7 years experience in accounting and taxation
3. 03Experience in manufacturing or factory environment is preferred
4. 04Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations
5. 05Experience in Bonded Zone Company is plus

Tanggung Jawab

1. 01Lead and manage the Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions , ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
2. 02Oversee financial reporting and accounting activities , ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
3. 03Manage tax compliance and obligations , including tax calculations, filings, audits, and coordination with tax authorities.
4. 04Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance , providing analysis and recommendations to management for better financial decision-making.
5. 05Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations , while strengthening internal controls and minimizing financial and tax risks.
6. 06Review general journals, ledgers, and financial statements prepared by the accounting team
7. 07Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
8. 08Monitor and control factory operational costs and financial efficiency
